I was greeted with a delicious fruity concoction served in a beautiful glass at reception desk. A tasty welcome to be sure. My early arrival led me to the restaurant for a beautifully presented and delicious lunch. After this I never failed to pay a daily visit for breakfast. It’s light filled space with sleek elegant decor was a great way to greet the day. Service with a smile was a constant from Anastasia. I cannot say enough about the attentiveness of the staff. This first impression of Athens was instrumental in my favorable view of this ancient city. The Greek people are generous, welcoming and friendly. The loft space had great finishes, great color, included sculpture, wine, fruit and sweets. Perfect! I recommend a food tour on your first day to get a lay of the land and a Street Art Tour to get a different view.

Amazing service, fantastic staff. They were so welcoming at midnight when we had another booking.com listing (scam us) at the ((Victoria Queens Paradise apartments)) we were very tired with a child and called every hotel trying to book a nice place at midnight. This hotel welcomed my family and helped us settle in, we told them of our terrible situation and how the owner of another property advertised photos which were not real and then took our money at the other booking. This Hotel was great, breakfast was simple but nice and enough, staff are wonderful, beds are really soft, hotel is very quiet and big rooms.

Marianne

Large bright sunny room, they added a couch for some extra seating space, which we appreciated. Slippers, robes, coffee machine. Comfy bed (with an integrated topper so might be a touch soft for some). Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. Breakfast is plentiful, with good coffee, four kinds of eggs, fresh juices, sweet & savory & Cretan specialties. Nce, quiet restaurant with good food and really very attentive staff . Very clean throughout and good housekeeping, with sheets and towels changes every day (no longer a given post-covid!). Very centrally located.

We were upgraded so I don't expect everyone to have the same but our room was massive. Didn't bother with daily room cleaning as only there 2 nights. Hotel location is excellent. When arriving by taxi, he parked in side street which looked rather dingy, but don't be fooled. In a lovely area with local tour busses just across the road and bank nearby. Breakfast excellent with good choices and plenty of attentive staff on hand.

Martin

The room facilities were good with large bed and multi-functional shower. The breakfast options were some of the best that I've had in an hotel anywhere, and although dinner was an unknown with no menus included on the hotel website the choices and quality were great. A substantial part of the produce is from the hotels own farm
